Ingredients
– 5 capsicum
– 250 grams of minced pork
– 30 grams of carrots
– Scallion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of white sugar
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of alcohol
– 1 chicken egg

Processing
Step 1:
Carrots peeled, chopped. Likewise, mince the garlic and scallions respectively.

Step 2:

Step 5:
Heat 50ml of cooking oil in a flat and thick pan, cook the chili meat and fry over low heat to cook the sides, then remove from the pan.
